Over the past 30 years, Mal has represented a broad spectrum of high-tech companies, inventors and entrepreneurs as an intellectual property attorney. He received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School and holds a degree in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Dan Nelson
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Dan has spent more than 35 years managing manufacturing and engineering groups, including 23 years at Hewlett-Packard. He has also run his own project management consulting business and recently led a corporate manufacturing technology development group for JDS Uniphase. Dan holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Sean Wittenberg
Director of Operations
Sean leads on-site implementation of the MASI mercury analyzer, develops MASI technology and manages day-to-day field operations. He holds a degree in Management Economics from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at University of California, Davis.
